I like the driod more, the idea that its open and all, but I have to say the apps are no where near as good as apples. The UI’s are not consistent and the quality is low in most apps.

I did the same thing, I skipped the 3gs update from my 3g, thinking the 4G much more worth the upgrade

There is no way the droid is slower than I phone. (We are an apple family and my company will buy apple for ever) When we are out on tour and on the road we rely completely on the droid. Come ON!!!!! I phoners, Google maps free best travel app on market. and as rollinterd said Google voice is life saver in Cali….Come ON!!!!! I phoners stop Hating.
@MrHackersmacker @MrHackersmacker I have a droid and have to agree with you….the pic quality on droid is as good as I phone, but takes twice as long to take a Pic. As for the video camera well uploading video on the droid is far superior and quality of video is slightly crisper on the Droid( what I do like is the sound on Droid). Plus if you have an I phone its hard to be able to use it in Rural areas because ATT SUCKS!!! so whats the point of having it.
@MrHackersmacker well thats bull becaues my nabor has a iphone and on 3g network my droid is so much faster on wifi his is a lil faster but at&t service sucks so bad!!!!! and thats what makes a good phone becaues 90% of the time you wont have wifi. but maybe the service is better where you live but not in texas……
Although the Droid has better hardware than the Iphone, the Droid can NOT beat the Iphones OS. The only thing that i noticed that was better than the iphone is that the screen has higher resolution and that sidebar that slides out. The droid camera can not focus for crap but the iphone can easily autofocus. It is thicker and slower on the internet than the iphone. The droid needs time to get used to and to remember where everything is. The iphone however, is easy to use because its so simple. :l
