for a mobile phone , is there any other mobile phone in the market with the same quality or better in taking moving picture but smaller . i am looking for dvd quality pictures.

I’ve got this phone I need to sell and my client says that it won’t work here because of the frequency or something. Are there any websites you know of that list the service areas for this type of phone? All accessories are included on it…I couldn’t sell it on eBay…so I’m trying to sell it around here if I just knew where it would work or how to make it work around here. Change the SIM card? What wireless providers would work with it…I’ve already googled a bunch of keywords, but…ugh…no luck!
I am planning to buy a new phone and i need one with an excellent camera cause i love taking pictures. What phones do you recommend?

i got a T200 from japan as a gift. but the problem is that i dont understand japanese. how do i change the interface from japanese to english? is it possible to update/flash the firmware like mobile phones or thing like that. i did checked out the sony site but i dont understand a thing. plz help if u can. thank you
