It means they will give you an online discount of $200. instantly off the price. I found some other sites that offer that phone for free after a rebate but you have to buy them online. The stores don’t offer these same deals.

are u sure u want the behold? I returned mine.The texting sucks and freezes and the camera takes like forever to take a pic,I had to keep pressin the button.It was terrible.Nice phone but for what I paid it shouldnt have those problems.I was very disappointed.
